Our very own Dr. Brandy Rose Lipscomb from Essential Wellness would like to invite you to feel better through your breath.
She's a former combat medic with the WA National Guard who went on a deployment to Iraq from 2003 - 2005 so she knows a thing or two about stress. She enrolled in a 5-month certification program in February to become a Quantum Breath instructor through the teachings of Juan Pablo Barahona of Costa Rica.
Launching in October
Dr. Lipscomb is launching a breathwork membership this month where she will take her members through a 4-part series of breathwork sessions on different topics related to personal growth and wellness each month. She wanted the first month to be FREE for anyone who would like to explore this new way of relating to their breath. The focus for the month of October is on Releasing Anxiety and Cultivating Inner Peace. All you need is comfortable chair and a willing heart.
You can catch up on the first session on her YouTube channel. She is hosting these Quantum Breath sessions on Zoom every Friday at 10am PST. To make it easy to get on her mailing list and receive the links to the live sessions, you can sign up here and you will also receive her FREE 12-min Audio Recording on Breathing Into Inner Peace.
She recommends that you do these breathwork sessions in sequence as they build upon one another and for best results, do Session One three times the first week, Session Two three times the second week and so on.
